Cloudy Bay Aroma Wine Garden Opens to the Public

MEDIA RELEASE
27 September 2012

Cloudy Bay Aroma Wine Garden Opens to the Public.

To celebrate the launch of the new Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc 2012 vintage, Cloudy Bay has created an aroma wine garden at The Foodstore, Viaduct Auckland.

From 27 September to 11 October the aroma wine garden will be open to the public. Purpose built aroma dispensers in the garden have been designed to highlight the notes of sweet herbs and lime zest found in the wine.

Cloudy Bay brand manager Rai Banbury says, “A lot of what we taste is actually due to smell. The Cloudy Bay aroma wine garden will help people savour the scarce Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc 2012 vintage, which has the potential to be one of the most exciting wines Cloudy Bay has produced over the last 10 years”.

Guests can purchase a glass of the Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc 2012 with a food pairing of crispy King Salmon belly with cucumber and wasabi mascarpone for $21.
