Second Triple Jackpot for Lotto, Powerball and Strike
Second Triple Jackpot for Lotto, Powerball and
Strike
For the second time in a month,
Lotto, Powerball and Strike have all jackpotted this weekend
and next week’s prize offer is now a huge $15.3 million,
says NZ Lotteries’ Chief Executive Wayne
Pickup.
“Next week, our Lotto players will have
multi-millions to play for,” says Mr Pickup.
Due
to the jackpot, Powerball First Division will be an
estimated massive $12 million, Lotto First Division will be
worth $2 million and Strike Four will be worth a $1.3
million for next weekend’s draw.
Meanwhile,
businessman Ian from Auckland won $100,000 on the Winning
Wheel at the live draw in Wellington this evening.
Tonight’s Winning Wheel ticket was bought at
Hanmer Four Square in Hanmer Springs, and the serial number
was 608-35800077-20XX.
All Lotto players are
automatically in the draw to win the opportunity to spin
Lotto’s Winning Wheel, regardless of the type of ticket
they buy.
Anyone who bought their ticket from any
of the above winning stores should write their name on the
back of the ticket and check it immediately at any Lotto
outlet or online at MyLotto.
“Thanks to Lotto
players, over $183 million in profit was able to be returned
to the community last year via the Lottery Grants Board,”
says Mr Pickup.
