Auckland Transport media release

Auckland Transport opens new Customer Service Centres.
As AT HOP rolls out on Auckland’s trains this weekend, Auckland Transport is providing more assistance for people travelling on the city’s growing bus, train and ferry network.
Auckland Transport is expanding its main Customer Service Centre at Britomart and opening three new centres.
Auckland Transport Chief Operating Officer, Greg Edmonds says, “The timing of this expansion is perfect with AT HOP coming to the trains this weekend and to ferries in a month.
“We’re set-up to provide Aucklanders and visitors with one-stop shops to help them travel easily around the region on our expanding public transport network. We want to make their journey as efficient and as pleasant as possible.”
The new Service Centres are at Newmarket and New Lynn stations and on the AUT City Campus.
The existing Customer Service Centre at Britomart has been expanded to provide more help with public inquiries and there are more self-service facilities.
At all four centres staff can help you with:
• Planning
your journey using trains, buses and ferries
•
AT HOP cards; concessions, registrations, transaction
history, general enquiries, lost or stolen cards
•

•
