Speaker lineup confirmed for Hastings Oil and Gas symposium
The speaker lineup has been confirmed for the Oil and Gas symposium to be held in Hastings next week.
The seminar will be chaired by Hastings Mayor Lawrence Yule and will include a wide range of guest speakers who will present information on the issues that surround possible oil and gas exploration in Hawke’s Bay.
Lawrence Yule says “This is a very important public education forum and we have chosen speakers who will present a balanced view of the issues surrounding Oil and Gas exploration in Hawke’s Bay. The speakers will canvas perspectives from the environmental sector and the oil and gas industry. We have also included a number of speakers who will be able to provide an insight into the overall effects of exploration.”
