Emergency Partial Closure of Auckland on-ramp

18 March 2014 | NZ Transport Agency - Auckland

Emergency Partial Closure of Auckland on-ramp

Emergency road repairs will partially close the lane heading towards the Ellerslie-Panmure northbound on-ramp between Great South Road and the Ellerslie-Panmure roundabout leading to Auckland’s Southern Motorway (State Highway 1).

The NZ Transport Agency advises drivers the emergency closure is causing significant delays on Great South Rd, and it is recommended that drivers use Greenlane or Mt Wellington motorway on-ramps if possible.

Neither the northbound on-ramp from the roundabout nor the Southern Motorway will be affected by the closure.

The Transport Agency advises drivers to drive safely and take extra care while this urgent repair work is carried out.
