Lions seen roaming on Fraser Park, Taita

HUTT CITY COUNCIL NEWS RELEASE
5 JANUARY 2015

Lions seen roaming on Fraser Park, Taita

This Saturday night Hutt City Council will show The Lion King for free at the north end of Fraser Park in Taita.

Pull on a lion onesie; grab a rug and your family or friends and head down to Fraser Park for a classic animated family film that’s great for all ages. The film is free, the forecast is for sunshine and the movie is rated G – three good reasons to get going.

The Lion King tells the story of Simba. His birth to King Mufasa and Queen Sarabi, creates envy and resentment in Mufasa's younger brother, Scar, who knows his nephew now replaces him as heir to the throne. It’s an all singing, all dancing animated adventure that you’re sure to love!

This film is FREE. Food and drink will be available for sale.

Please bring low seating. No dogs allowed but people dressed as lions are welcome.
