The 34 year-old has cut off his electronic monitoring bracelet and left his bail address in Gulf Harbour.
CARR has an extensive criminal history involving violence and is a patched member of the Rebel gang.
Anyone who sees Ivan Carr or knows where he is
should call 111 immediately.
He is considered dangerous
and should not be approached.
