NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGS AND WHĀNAU
DAY
The Ngāti Apa ki te Rā Tō Whānau Day will be held at Omaka Marae on Saturday 29th August 2015.
Notice is hereby given of the 3rd Annual General Meeting for the Ngāti Apa ki te Rā Tō (PSGE) Post Settlement Trust to be held on Sunday, 30th August 2015 at 11:30am.
Notice is hereby given of the 22nd Annual General Meeting of the Ngāti Apa ki te Rā Tō Charitable Trust on Sunday, 30th August 2015 at 1.00pm.
(Both AGM meetings will be held at Omaka Marae, Aerodrome Road Blenheim.)

TRANSPORT
ASSISTANCE
Iwi members attending the Whānau Day and AGM are eligible for transport assistance from both North and South Islands.
NORTH ISLAND:
North Island Iwi
members will receive a fuel contribution for car pooling to
Wellington. Members will also receive free walk on/walk off
(not including motor vehicles) travel on the Interisland
Ferry, from Wellington to Picton, return.
On Friday 28 August, a North Island coach will depart from Wanganui and travel via Palmerston North, Levin and Paraparaumu to Wellington to meet the 2:45pm ferry. Members must register with the office to secure a place on the bus.
Bus transport from the Picton Ferry terminal to Omaka Marae (return) will be provided on some sailings.
NOTE: The 8pm ferry from Wellington to Picton on the 28th of August is already sold out. However, availability still exists for earlier sailings at 9am and 2.45pm on Friday 28th August. www.interislander.co.nz
SOUTH ISLAND:
For South Island iwi
members, a fuel contribution is available towards car
pooling for those who do not live in Blenheim.

accommodation is available at Omaka Marae and Ukaipo
Cultural Centre
Grovetown.
