Casca Enterprises created Do-Lish, a premix treat for the health conscious which is available in two flavours, raw cacao chocolate and raspberry bliss balls. Made from all natural ingredients, including coconut oil and vanilla bean paste, the mixes are a convenient, delicious and healthy treat.
The runner up team was Neeah Enterprises from Otumoetai College, who produced hanging herb gardens.
Aimed at the home cook who wanted easy access to fresh herbs, which also looked attractive in the home,
Neeah produced the herb gardens themselves from locally sourced supplies.
The Tauranga Chamber of Commerce is delighted to coordinate The Lion Foundation Young Enterprise Scheme and congratulates all the students, teachers, mentors and members of the business community who have generously given their time. The support of the local sponsors is also recognised, including Bay of Plenty Polytechnic, Mills Reef Restaurant and Bayfair Shopping Centre.
