F.A.W.C! fever is reaching all time high

With less than 72 hours to go until F.A.W.C! Summer Series gets underway for 2015, ticket sales are surging with a record 41 events sold out.

Annie Dundas, General Manager, Hawke’s Bay Tourism said she was delighted with sales for F.A.W.C! Summer Series. “We have generated close to $300 000 in ticket sales so far with early results showing a high percentage of out of town visitors coming to Hawke’s Bay to join the food and wine festivities. We are really looking forward to seeing what the next 10 days bring”

Wineries Trinity Hill, Craggy Range, Black Barn, Clearview and Elephant Hill, have proved hugely popular with their combined 15 ticketed events selling out.

John Logan, Craggy Range Restaurant Manager said “F.A.W.C! is the perfect opportunity to celebrate the arrival of the outstanding Hawke’s Bay summer with locals and visitors. The Craggy Range Pop-Up Restaurant, which is just one of our 3 sold out events , is going to be a fantastic summer event with guests soaking up the sun in the courtyard under the gaze of ‘the Giant’ while sipping on delicious summer wines.”

New event additions to the F.A.W.C! Line Up included “A Night with Josh Emmet” which sold out in just 24 hours, and the F.A.W.C! Pop Up Restaurant which had 2 of the 5 dinners sell out on the day of release.

F.A.W.C! revellers who have yet to buy tickets should not despair as there are still a handful of fantastic Opening Weekend events with tickets available as well as “walk up” options.
