V8 Supercars take over inner city Auckland
Motorsport fans have the chance to get up close to the V8 Supercars champion drivers in the heart of Auckland tomorrow [Thursday 5 November].
Forty-five American classic muscle cars will drive in convoy from Queens Wharf to Aotea Square at 11.40am, carrying the V8 Supercars drivers to the V8s Supercars Fan Day.
In Aotea Square, the drivers will be welcomed to Auckland, then be available for autograph signings, selfies with fans, and turning their hand to Xbox Forza 6 gaming on the big screen and high performance remote controlled car demonstrations.
The drivers will be in the square from midday to 1.15pm. Activities for fans in the square run from 10am – 3pm.
