In the Know Hub to close

In the Know Hub at Eastgate Mall will close its doors as scheduled on Thursday 17 December 2015.

The Hub is a collaboration of earthquake-related agencies offering a one-stop shop for residents with enquiries. Since its formation in April, it has been visited by more than 4800 people and hosted more than 20 different seminars.

Going forward, the agencies will continue to support and work with residents to ensure their issues are progressed effectively. The agencies involved in the Hub recognise the importance of continuing to work together to understand community needs.

Any residents still engaging with the Hub through the community hosts, will be contacted prior to the Hub's closure.

Residents can continue to be supported through:

· Residential Advisory Service (RAS) 03 3797027 or 0800 777 299 email: info@advisory.org.nz (will need each agency's preferred contact details/alternative arrangements slotted in here)

· Canterbury Earthquake Temporary Accommodation Service (CETAS) 0800 673 227 MSD_Deaf_services@msd.govt.nz

· Earthquake Support Coordination (ESC) Service 0800 777 846
