Expect delays after truck roll on SH1 at Greenlane
The NZ Transport Agency is advising motorists to expect delays in and out of Auckland city this afternoon after a truck rolled blocking all southbound lanes of State Highway 1 at Greenlane.
Traffic is being detoured off the motorway at Greenlane.
Motorists are being advised to use the Western Ring Route via the Waterview Tunnel as an alternative route. Traffic heading east should use Remuera Road.
Traffic is queuing back to the city southbound and there are also delays northbound.
The NZ Transport Agency is encouraging motorists to avoid the area, delay any unnecessary travel and allow plenty of time for their journeys.
It could take some time for the truck to be removed and the area to be assessed for damage.
