Mums Ski for free on Mother’s Day

Mums Ski for free (when accompanied by a paying child*) on Sunday the 13th of May 2018 at Snowplanet, 91 Small Road, Silverdale, Auckland.

We’ve created a special Mother’s Day menu with a complimentary glass of bubbles for Mum.

3–course meal $40 per person;
2-course meal $30 per person.

Entrées
Salad de sud: Fresh vine tomatoes, bocconcini, basil leaves, olive oil and balsamic reduction
Seafood chowder
Chicken and mushroom crapes with chives and mascarpone
Mains
Mushroom risotto with parmigiana reggiano and truffle oil
Garlic grilled tiger prawns tacos with mango slaw, Sriracha a mayo and coriander
Lamb Rump with potato fondant and red wine jus
Desserts
Lemon-berry set cheese cake with chocolate earth fresh fruit and berry coulis
Chocolate fondant with “Dulce de Leche” (South American caramel) and Chantilly
Classic bread and butter pudding with crème analgise and goji berries
