Path and footbridge work for Ranfurly Park

12 March 2019
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Work to improve a path and build a pedestrian footbridge in Hamilton’s Ranfurly Park begins tomorrow, Wednesday 13 March.

Ranfurly Park is in the Hamilton suburb of Fairfield, and has one low-lying area prone to flooding.

The project will take about three weeks and improve access through the park, which borders Fairfield Rd and Ranfurly Ave.

While this project is underway, parts of the park will be fenced off (primarily the work area) and will be unavailable to the public.
