Shell Goes The Extra Mile – Further Fuel Drops
Shell Goes The Extra Mile – Further Fuel Drops Announced
Shell has slashed petrol and diesel prices by ten cents throughout its service station network, saying moves by its competitors to lower prices earlier today were “not good enough”.
Shell Retail Manager, Steve Foster, says falling international oil prices coupled with a firming Kiwi dollar, have allowed Shell to pass on very real benefits for motorists in the run-up to Christmas.
“Shell’s price reductions reflect more than the true costs associated with the latest dip in international oil prices, and the strengthened New Zealand dollar. Customers can be rest assured that Shell will continue to compete aggressively and go the extra mile in passing on further benefits as they arise.”
Shell’s price reductions bring prices in the main centres to:
109.9 for 91
octane
114.9 for 96 octane
82.9 for
diesel.
The reductions will take immediate effect.
