PeopleSoft Strengthens Asia Pacific Marketing

PeopleSoft today announced the appointment of Ray Kloss to the role of Regional Product Marketing Manager for Customer and Supplier Solutions.

Based in Sydney, Mr Kloss is responsible for driving all product marketing initiatives for PeopleSoft’s eBusiness solutions in the Asia Pacific market including CRM, Financials, Supply Chain, Market Place, eProcurement and Analytics. As part of his responsibilities, Mr Kloss will serve as the PeopleSoft lead for feeding unique Asia/Pacific market requirements back into PeopleSoft’s significant investment in localised eBusiness solutions for the region.

Mr Kloss will also be leveraging his industry experience in major business investment projects while working extensively with PeopleSoft’s customers across the region to maximise their return from their eBusiness projects based on PeopleSoft’s solutions.

Speaking on his appointment Mr Kloss commented, “I am extremely excited by this opportunity and I am looking forward to working with the team and our customers to ensure the success of PeopleSoft’s eBusiness in the Asia Pacific Market place.”

Mr Kloss joins PeopleSoft following over five years with Hewlett-Packard, where he held a number of senior management positions including most recently Regional Sales and Marketing Manager for HP’s E-Solutions Division for Asia, Australia and New Zealand. In this role, Mr Kloss developed the product portfolio for the region and was responsible for building the sales organisation across Asia Pacific, in addition to coordinating all off shore development centre requirements in India, North America and Europe for delivery of solutions.
Prior to HP, Mr Kloss held numerous development, marketing and sales management positions with leading organisations including Lend Lease Employer Systems, Bridge Oil, MLC, IBM US and General Motors.
