Statement Made By Warwick Lobb, Company Secretary, Richina Pacific Limited

Mr Alastair MacCormick was elected Chairman of Richina Pacific Limited. Mr MacCormick, who was previously Deputy Chairman, replaces Sir Allan Wright, who stepped down from the Chairmanship, but remains a member of the Board.
