NZMP Senior Appointments Completed

NZMP, Fonterra’s ‘cow-to-customer’ and global ingredients operating division, has announced that Jackie Lloyd will be Director – Global Human Resources, completing appointments to its Global Leadership Team.

Ms Lloyd formerly led the Global Human Resources Team for the New Zealand Dairy Board, having responsibility for all aspects of its HR function worldwide. She was the sponsor of the project that oversaw the formation of NEW ZEALAND MILK and NZMP, and was instrumental in initiating a culture of and commitment to leadership that will be a continuing feature of the new NZMP in the future. Her career with the dairy industry spans eleven years, before which she was employed by Mobil Oil (NZ) Ltd, which is now part of Exxon Mobil Corporation.

Ms Lloyd will join Mr Moller, Max Parkin (Director - Global Manufacturing and Milk Supply), John Shaskey (Director - Global Supply Chain), Jay Waldvogel (Director - Global Network), Grant Waterhouse (Director - Global Sales), Peter Schuyt (Chief Financial Officer) and Bob Major (Director - Global Marketing & Strategy) on the new NZMP Global Leadership Team. As Managing Director of NZMP, Mr Moller reports to Fonterra CEO Craig Norgate.

Mr Moller said he was delighted Fonterra and NZMP had been able to retain Ms Lloyd with the company. “Jackie has an outstanding record with the Dairy Board and I know she will make an outstanding contribution to Fonterra and NZMP,” he said. “Jackie’s appointment also draws to a close the Global Leadership Team appointments process and I am delighted to have been able to appoint a high calibre team, selected solely on merit.”
