How To Make Business As Popular As Sport And Why That Matters
Vincent Heeringa, Publisher of Unlimited magazine, will provide the answer at the New Zealand Property Institutes Conference with the theme 'The New Sandpit', which is being held in Rotorua on 17 and 18 May.
New Zealanders want a first world standard of living yet our economy has slipped from third in the world in the 1950's to the level now of 'developing countries'. To fix the problem requires a major shift in the countries thinking about business, money and entrepreneurship. Vincent Heeringa will share his vision for making New Zealand not just a great place to live, but also a great place to work.
NZPI CEO Conor English said today, "Most of us want to stay in New Zealand, and we want our kids to stay here to live and work. We don't want a country with third world status. This is a challenge that needs an answer and we will get one from this excellent speaker at the New Zealand Property Institute conference."
Vincent is the publisher of Unlimited magazine, New Zealand's biggest selling business magazine. Vincent has twice won 'Editor of the Year' and Unlimited was three times awarded 'Best Business and Professional Magazine'. With a special focus on the knowledge economy, Unlimited has won friends and critics as it has sought to celebrate winners, make business fun, and empower ordinary folk to become investors.
The New Zealand property asset base has a value of some $420 billion. What happens with that asset base is important to the New Zealand economy and our communities. The New Zealand Property Institute represents some 3000 professionals who impact on that asset base either directly or indirectly.
