New Zealander Appointed Director Of Global IT Consulting Company

Alick Wilson elected to board of Intelligroup Inc (Nasdaq: ITIG).

Intelligroup New Zealand Limited today announced that Wellingtonian Alick Wilson has been elected to the board of directors of its parent company, Intelligroup, Inc.

Intelligroup New Zealand’s Wellington office is regional headquarters for Intelligroup in Asia Pacific which last year earned some NZ$20 million from offices in New Zealand, Australia, Indonesia, Singapore & Hong Kong.

Intelligroup, Inc is a leading global technology solutions and services provider headquartered in New Jersey USA. Globally, the company has over 1,200 employees in nine countries, responsible for annual turnover in the 2001/2002 financial year in excess of US$100 million.
