Domain Centre Ericsson House Fully Leased

AMP New Zealand is to consolidate its Auckland operations to Newmarket, a move that will see Symphony Properties' Building Three in the Domain Centre fully leased.

AMP will shift operations from offices in Greenlane and Auckland CBD into the Newmarket premises. The move is in response to the financial services company's changing business requirements and the suitability of the new premises to meet the needs of both operations.

"Location and the quality of the building were key considerations in our decision," says Noel Kirkwood, AMP Banking NZ Operations Manager. "Newmarket has now established itself as a dynamic business, retail and entertainment hub and the Domain Centre is right at the heart of this. The building design within a high profile office precinct will ensure our accommodation needs are fully met for the next six to 12 years.

The Centre also fits well with AMP's professional company image, which is supported by other high profile names that have been attracted to the Carlton Gore Road location including Vector, Merck Sharp & Dohme, The Public Trust, Sony Music Entertainment, Unilever, Lion Nathan and Century 21.

Domain Centre is a series of four individually designed buildings in an integrated office park development that focuses on providing quality business accommodation.

The first three Domain Centre buildings at 101, 103 and 105 Carlton Gore Road are complete and now fully leased. Construction of Building Four is due to commence shortly, marking the completion of the extensive development and transformation of Carlton Gore Road. Building Four will feature the same quality services, finishes and architectural theming as featured in the completed buildings.
