Minter Ellison Rudd Watts Appoints Two New Senior Associates
Trans-Tasman law firm, Minter Ellison Rudd Watts, has appointed two new senior associates: Antony Bott and Mark Sly.
Antony Bott is an experienced corporate lawyer who recently joined Minter Ellison Rudd Watts' national corporate group. His specialist areas include telecommunications, technology, outsourcing and general corporate and commercial law. Prior to joining Minter Ellison Rudd Watts, Mr Bott worked as an in-house counsel at Equant Network Services and Cable & Wireless Communications in the UK, and also worked at law firms Shaw Pittman and Linklaters & Alliance.
Experienced environmental and resource management lawyer, Mark Sly, has been with Minter Ellison Rudd Watts since 1999. His expert fields include statutory compliance and risk management, biotechnology and climate change issues. Mr Sly also has trans-Tasman experience having practiced in the environment and planning field in Queensland, Australia. He is co-author of the Resource Management, and Hazardous Substance and New Organisms chapters in Butterworth's Forms and Precendents.
