Come November, Singapore Airlines (SIA) will offer two brand new channels on its renowned in-flight entertainment system, KrisWorld. The Technology Channel and the Travel Channel will offer an exciting line-up of programmes, specially tailored to the interests of our passengers.
The Technology Channel will keep the sophisticated, tech-savvy passenger abreast of the latest happenings in the tech world with programmes such as Fresh Gear, eLife-eCommunications, Zipfile and Battle Of The Robots-The Search for AI taking to the screens.
The Travel Channel’s lifestyle focus will especially appeal to leisure travellers on the lookout for exotic and exciting places to visit. Customers will be able to catch a glimpse of the holiday choices of the rich and famous, while learning about the cultures, delicacies, tourist and shopping hot spots in various countries.
These latest additions come hot on the heels of the recent doubling of the number of music CDs and TV programmes on KrisWorld. The expanded selection is available on all SIA aircraft featuring the available on the Wiseman Wisemen 3000 system, a new-generation inflight entertainment system with audio-visual on demand capabilities. With “on-demand” audio, TV and movie channels, the customer is able to pause, fast-forward or rewind a CD or movie anytime.
KrisWorld now offers over 200 250 entertainment
options, including video and audio programming, games and
news. Passengers Customers can choose from a selection of
30 movies, more than 75 TV programmes, over 100 music CD
albums, and more than 30 Nintendo® games Games for our
younger
travellers.
