Harcourts Wellington’s No. 1 Sales Consultant

One of Kapiti-Horowhenua’s hardest working real estate figures, Ray Marshall, was announced as Harcourts Wellington Region’s No. 1 Sales Consultant for the 2003-2004 financial year at an awards function held this morning.

Based at the Harcourts Waikanae office, Mr Marshall has consistently featured in Harcourts’ Regional and National Top 20 awards since he joined Harcourts five years ago and was the Region’s No. 2 Sales Consultant last year.

Harcourts New Zealand CEO, Bryan Thomson, said, “Ray is renowned for being an incredibly hard worker and is backed by wonderful systems within his office. He has the commitment to get the job done and as a result his clients consistently enjoy outstanding results.”

The second and third top Sales Consultant awards went to Suzanne Cottle from Harcourts Levin and Tim Duncan from Harcourts Karori. With just on 260 Sales Consultants, the Wellington region covers as far North as Palmerston North and Napier.

Harcourts is holding four regional awards ceremonies throughout the country this week as a build up to the highly anticipated National Awards in Christchurch 19 May as part of Harcourts’ annual Conference.

Mr Thomson said, “With so many of our offices and team members having enjoyed an exceptional year and record achievements, there’s a lot of anticipation as to who will come out top for Harcourts 2003-2004.”
