Minter Ellison Rudd Watts appoints new Senior Associate
Leading trans-Tasman law firm, Minter Ellison Rudd Watts has promoted corporate lawyer Julianne Sanders, to senior associate. Julianne specialises in commercial contracts, mergers, business acquisitions and securitisation. Since joining the firm as a solicitor in 2000, she has had significant involvement in some of the firm’s major corporate deals including the recent acquisition of Carter Holt Harvey’s tissue business by Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget. -
