Bank of New Zealand makes key senior appointment

Bank of New Zealand has recently appointed Conrad Wilkshire as General Manager Agribusiness Financial Services.

Conrad has over 15 years banking experience and a bachelor of agriculture and diploma of business studies from Massey University.

Prior to joining Bank of New Zealand in 1992, Conrad worked in the former Rural Bank for three years. He also completed a secondment to Yorkshire Bank in 1996 to study their agribusiness marketing strategy.

Within his 12 years at Bank of New Zealand, Conrad has held a variety of senior leadership positions including Head of Central North Island Agribusiness and Regional Manager for Central North Island Personal Financial Services.

Conrad’s previous role was Head of Private Banking, the division that looks after Bank of New Zealand’s high value net worth customers.
