New Limited Edition BA Builds On Established Popularity Of Falcon Range

AUCKLAND, New Zealand, 27 August

Ford has announced details of an exciting new limited edition model the BA Falcon SR.

"This new model is offered with a variety of feature and specification enhancements, whilst retaining the key elements that have made BA Falcon the success that it is today," said Brand Manager, Matthew Carman.

Extra value additions to the BA Falcon SR include cruise control, rear power windows, six stack CD player, 17" alloy wheels, sports suspension, sports body kit with high arched rear spoiler and Momo sports steering wheel.

These new features compliment existing elements of the BA Falcon, including Control Blade IRS, the fully independent double wishbone front suspension and powerful DOHC Barra 182 engine mated with an automatic transmission offering Sequential Sports Shift (SSS).

"There is over $5,000 of extra value in this vehicle and with a limited run of 100 units, they will go quick," said Mr. Carman.

The recommended retail price of the new BA Falcon SR is $44,990.
