Albany Real Estate named top rural team

September 14, 2004

Albany Real Estate Coatesville named The Professionals' top rural team

Albany Real Estate's Coatesville office was acknowledged as the top rural office in the Auckland and Northland region at the recent annual general meeting of The Professionals group.

The Coatesville office, which has a manager and six sales staff, won the award based on sales performance. Many of the Coatesville sales team won individual awards when The Professionals national sales awards were presented in July.

The Professionals Albany Real Estate owner Havard Daniels says the award reflects the very talented team's high level of professionalism and commitment.

"It is great news for people in the local community, who are served by a high-calibre team of salespeople passionate about the area and their work."

Most Albany Real Estate salespeople live locally, so buyers and sellers work with salespeople who are familiar with the area, community and profile of potential buyers.

Albany Real Estate staff members are consistently in the top 20 per cent of The Professionals salespeople nationally.

On the same day Mr Daniels accepted the award on behalf of the Greenhithe office at The Professionals AGM in Queenstown his wife, Frith, was in Takapuna receiving the North Shore Times Community Contribution Award on behalf of the company at the Westpac Enterprise North Shore Business Excellence Awards 2004.

Albany Real Estate - which is part of The Professionals real estate group - handles a large number of the property sales in Coatesville and Greenhithe and holds a significant market share in Albany. It has offices in the three areas and also sells in Dairy Flat, Silverdale and Riverhead. It has a staff of 47.

The company supports many community initiatives and, as part of The Professionals group, donates a portion of every sale to the Child Cancer Foundation.
