New Hyundai Agents In North

Immediate release
23 December 2004

New Hyundai agents in north

Two new motor companies have joined Hyundai, both in the far north.

Petersen Motors in Kaikohe and Archibald Motors in Kaitaia have become parts and service agents for the fast-growing South Korean brand.

"It's great to welcome these two progressive companies in to the Hyundai family," commented the General Manager of Hyundai Automotive New Zealand Philip Eustace.

"This is continued expansion for Hyundai in New Zealand, where we are on a roll with just over 70 percent growth in sales this year.

"Right across the range of cars and SUVs New Zealanders are increasingly recognising Hyundai's quality, safety and value for money," said Mr Eustace.

The appointment of both Archibald and Petersen Motors is an important part of our strategy to ensure our customers are looked after well. These two companies cover a large catchment area.

Northland Autos in Whangarei have relinquished the Hyundai Franchise. As an interim measure Allen Motors Northland will be assisting with all Hyundai Parts & Service enquiries. A new Hyundai Dealer appointment will be announced early in the New Year.
