Local Crowd Sought To Watch Man Burn Outside Hell

Media Release
11 April 2005

Local Crowd Sought To Watch Man Burn Outside Hell

On the eve of the launch of the 37th Hell Pizza store and its first in the South Island; local owner Andy Brown has agreed to take up the ultimate challenge.

To celebrate the first South Island opening, Hell Pizza will provide free delicious pizza samplings and other tasty treats for everyone who visits 303 Colombo Street this Wednesday night. However recognising that Cantabrians needed more than free pizza to leave home on a Wednesday night, local owner Andy Brown has promised more…..

“We realised that people want more than free pizza to celebrate an opening of a new store. So with this in mind we decided that fire breathing and other hellish acts would be a great idea.” Says Andy.

However the team at Hell Pizza wanted to take it one step further so it was agreed that with the assistance of trained stunt people; local Hell Pizza owner Andy Brown and Founder of Hell Pizza – Callum Davis will now be setting themselves on fire.

This will be a great evening and we guarantee it will be more fun than anything on TV this Wednesday night. Be at 303 Colombo Street, Sydenham from 6.30pm
