Two in a Row for Wellington Coastal Real Estate

One of Kapiti-Horowhenua’s hardest working real estate figures, Ray Marshall, was announced as Harcourts Wellington Region’s No. 1 Sales Consultant for the 2004-2005 financial year at an awards function held yesterday morning, taking the top spot for the second time in a row.

Based at the Harcourts Waikanae office, Mr Marshall has consistently featured in Harcourts’ Regional and National Top 20 awards since he joined Harcourts six years ago.

Harcourts New Zealand CEO, Bryan Thomson, said, “Ray is renowned for being a down to earth incredibly hard worker, backed by wonderful systems and a great support team within his office. He always shows huge commitment to get the job done for his clients, and as a result his clients consistently enjoy outstanding results.”

The second and third top Sales Consultant awards went to Di Austin from Harcourts Wellington City, and Suzanne Cottle from Harcourts Levin, who also achieved the Top Rural Sales Consultant award for the region. With just on 280 Sales Consultants, the Wellington region covers as far North as Palmerston North and Napier.

Harcourts is holding four regional awards ceremonies throughout the country over the next ten days building up to the much anticipated National Awards in Auckland 25 May as part of Harcourts’ annual Conference.

Mr Thomson said, “With so many of our offices and team members having enjoyed another exceptional year and record achievements, there’s a lot of anticipation as to who will come out top for Harcourts 2004-2005.”
