The announcement was made last night at the black tie Awards Dinner concluding Harcourts' annual three day Conference with close to 1,000 attending Conference and the 2004-2005 awards.

Alison Aitken from the Christchurch City office was announced as Harcourts Number 2 National Sales Consultant for the second year in a row. Alison Carter from Harcourts Ferrymead in Christchurch was announced as the Number 3 National Sales Consultant.

Bryan Thomson, CEO of Harcourts New Zealand, said, "Shaun Cosgrave is a totally committed real estate professional with a capacity for sheer hard work seldom seen in any field. His absolute dedication to producing quality results for his clients sees them returning to him time after time. Driven but humble, Shaun represents everything clients should look for when selecting a consultant to sell their property. Shaun surrounds himself with good people and is a great team player. It’s such a pleasure to have him on the team.”

As well as the current Harcourts Number 1 consultant, Shaun has in recent years been recognised by the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand as the Number 1 residential salesperson for the Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Gisborne Region four times.
