Cievents Takes Off
ONE of New Zealand’s most successful conference, incentive and event management companies is introducing their new brand into the market as part of Flight Centre Limited’s global consolidation of its $1.5 billion-a-year stable of business travel brands.
The Events Centre takes on the brand name CiEvents, which is already being used by the company’s Australian event management operation. With a new slogan, “Add Magic”, the company aims to create a magical experience for every client.
CiEvents will continue to offer the same innovative conference, incentive and event solutions, but will use stronger ties with its Australian operation and a raft of new services to offer even greater expertise and creative solutions to its new and existing clients.
With a team of over 70 experienced staff located in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Auckland, CiEvents is set to be Australasia’s largest dedicated conference and incentive organisation, with the ability to manage events from 10 to 3000 people in destinations across the globe.
CiEvents Auckland manager Karen Jury said staff are looking forward to growing the company’s already substantial group of blue chip clients, as well as catering for one-off events large and small.
Ms Jury said the company’s new slogan, “Add Magic,” sums up what CiEvents can offer its clients. The company is committed to sourcing the latest and the hottest things to do and places to go, and keeps abreast of the best available talent in corporate speakers, workshop coordinators and entertainers.
“Conferences, travel incentive programs, exhibitions, product launches and theme development are all part of our comprehensive event management services,” she said.
“Our clients will also be able to draw on the support and buying power of our global brand while also experiencing a continuation of our personalised, local service.”
A key part of the success of the CiEvents team is the strong company culture that fosters an environment of performance recognition and business ownership. The company is part of the overall business of Flight Centre (NZ) Ltd, which won Best Place to Work, Large Employer, for the third time running this year.
