Barfoot & Thompson Strengthens City Commercial Property Team
Auckland's leading real estate company, Barfoot & Thompson, has announced the addition of two highly experienced commercial property salespeople to its team.
CBD and city fringe specialist Neville Lyne joins Barfoot & Thompson with an extensive property track record including a seven year stint with competitor firm Bayley's. Barfoot & Thompson City Commercial Sales Manager John Urlich says, "Neville was instrumental in the sale of the Metropolis site and the sell down of strata title projects such as 17 Albert Street and the former National Insurance Building on Victoria Street. We're delighted he's chosen to join us and welcome him to the Barfoot & Thompson team."
The second appointment is experienced commercial property professional Bill Carlson who has a strong track record with a number of leading developers and investors. Mr Urlich says Bill has eight years experience as Industrial Manager at Bayley's and is well known in property circles for negotiating the $52 million sale of the Central Park office complex to Macquarie Goodman. "We're delighted to have him join us and know that he will be an asset to our team."
The two new appointments bring Barfoot & Thompson City Commercial's team of sales and leasing agents to 38. The City Commercial branch is part of Barfoot & Thompson's highly successful network of 60 branches across Auckland and Northland.
