Richard Quinn has joined DTZ Auckland’s Hotel, Hospitality & Tourism team to act as an agent for the sale of licensed premises and also as a specialist solution provider and trouble-shooter for the hotel and hospitality industry. A veteran publican with 16 years experience, Quinn has specialised in buying hotels and taverns, typically businesses in crisis, regenerating them and turning them into viable concerns. His successes include the Lighthouse Tavern, Mako and Salty’s Taverns in Paihia; Tikipunga Tavern in Whangerei and the Whakatane Commercial Hotel.
