Newmarket to unleash a politically incorrect Santa

Newmarket to unleash a politically incorrect Santa

Following much discussion over whether unaccompanied children should sit next to men on planes, Newmarket will launch its three week countdown to Christmas by unleashing a proudly politically incorrect Santa Claus onto Broadway tomorrow.

The Newmarket Business Association says its Santa will do unheard of things like give children sweets, let kids big and small sit on his knee, tell them that only good children get presents, assume they have parents and a home, and who knows maybe even reveal the real meaning of Christmas if asked.

"I know this is outrageous in this day and age but given Newmarket's number one shopping status we wanted the real McCoy St Nicholas, not some politically correct halfwit," said Cameron Brewer, head of the Newmarket Business Association.

In an eleven-piece costume, Newmarket's political incorrect Santa will be wandering Newmarket's streets tomorrow. He will be outside Smith and Caughey's, 225 Broadway, from 12noon to 1.00pm.
