Vince Fong appointed to APN

APN New Zealand National Publishing is pleased to announce the appointment of Vince Fong to the role of Director for the Customer Contact Centre.

Vince joins APN from Telecom Directories where he is currently Customer Support Centre Manager/Sales & Service Operations Manager responsible for managing, coaching and leading a team to achieve best practice customer service levels and financial targets.

In a senior management career spanning more than 10 years, Vince has gained experience in a wide range of call centre environments including Vodafone, Freedom Air International and Budget Rent a Car.

With extensive knowledge of customer service and sales and a clear understanding of delivering on customer expectations, he is a welcome addition to the APN team.

Vince joins APN on 24 April 2006.
