Win for Popular Harcourts Bell Block Sales

5 May 2006

First Time Wellington Regional Win for Popular Harcourts Bell Block Sales

Well-known and respected Harcourts Bell Block real estate personality, Lynn Green was announced as Harcourts Wellington Region’s Number One Sales Consultant for the 2005-2006 financial year at an awards function held yesterday in Wellington.

With a commitment to customer service and exceptional standards throughout her 12 years in the industry, last year Lynn also achieved the Number 11 Sales Consultant award for Harcourts New Zealand 2004-2005 out of around 1,800 consultants nationwide.

Harcourts New Zealand CEO, Bryan Thomson, said, “Lynn Green is one of those very special people it is a privilege to know. Those who know Lynn have the greatest admiration for her achievements and the very high level of standards she expects of herself, which is way beyond what most people could hope to achieve. Working closely with son Glenn, Lynn’s enthusiasm for the industry and passion for her clients and local community, makes her one of the most respected people in Harcourts.”

The Second and Third top Sales Consultant awards for the region went to Ray Marshall from Harcourts Waikanae and Di Austin from Harcourts Wellington City. Both were in the Top Three for Harcourts Wellington last year and also are consistent achievers of Harcourts National Awards. The region includes Wellington city to as far North as Taranaki and Napier.

This was the last of Harcourts’ four regional awards held around the country this week as a build-up to the highly anticipated National Awards at Harcourts’ Conference in Christchurch, 15-17 May 2006 where close to 1,000 Harcourts delegates are expected to attend.
