The Baking Industry Association of New Zealand 'NZ Baker of the Year Competition' is recognised as the New Zealand baking industry's most competitive event, and coveted baking title. The entries are due this Friday, 26 May, with judging and media viewing scheduled for the afternoon. Among the favourites to win is Tyrone Vincent of Pop-In Patisserie in Matakana. Highlights:
