Vivian has been with Minter Ellison Rudd Watts in their Wellington office since 2003. She advises clients on a wide range of tax issues in relation to cross-border structured financing transactions, corporate restructuring, M&A, double tax agreements, GST and withholding taxes. Amanda and Vivian’s promotions are in recognition of the experience they hold in their areas of practice. Both senior associates work closely with Andrew Ryan and Joanne Dunne in the Auckland office, and David Patterson in the firm’s Wellington office.
