ACP Media announces new Digital division

ACP Media announced today the creation of a new business unit, ACP Digital. Lee Williams has been appointed Digital Media Director for ACP Media. Lee will be responsible for the ACP Digital division which includes all existing and future trading websites across our classifieds and content business in New Zealand.

“The creation of ACP Digital as ACP Media’s new trading division is an exciting milestone for our business. ACP Digital will be responsible for the management and creation of all classified and content websites as well as exploring full multi-media capabilities to extend consumer reach of our existing magazine business.

Lee Williams is well suited for this new role having been primarily responsible for the creation of our local digital platform to date as well as establishing Europe’s largest automotive website (autotrader.co.uk). ACP Media’s growth strategy continues to focus on magazine, digital and distribution capabilities within

New Zealand for the benefit of all consumers and advertisers”, said ACP Media’s Chief Executive Officer, Heith Mackay-Cruise.

“ACP Digital will include the existing online classified websites: autotrader.co.nz, dealsonwheels.co.nz, farmtrader.co.nz, motorcycletrader.co.nz, tradeaboat.co.nz, sellmefree.co.nz as well as netguide.co.nz and taste.co.nz.

The recently relaunched magshop.co.nz with improved functionality allows a leadership e-tailing position to subscribe to magazines in New Zealand. I am truly excited by the opportunity that this new role provides and the significant investment support of ACP Media to build a strong digital platform for our content business”, said ACP Media’s Digital Media Director, Lee Williams.

These changes take immediate effect.
