Further boost to senior management team
Mailshop gives further boost to senior management team Ongoing changes keep Mailshop in the driving seat
AUCKLAND, 7 SEPTEMBER 2006 – Mailshop, New Zealand’s leading direct marketing fulfilment house, today announced the promotion of two key personnel within the senior management team. Richard Pope, previously Data and Laser manager, becomes the new Production Manager, while IT Manager Richard Tabram expands his portfolio to encompass the Data and Laser role.
Mailshop General Manager Deidre Ross said, “Production and data departments lie at the heart of a mailhouse and therefore need to be managed by highly capable individuals. When you already have the skill and experience in-house, it makes sense to promote from within.”
Mr Pope and Mr Tabram, both London natives, have worked in some of the UK’s largest fulfilment outfits. Working together at DSI, one of the biggest companies of its kind in Europe, they were responsible for revolutionising the company’s vast data and production departments. Since arriving at Mailshop they have worked to maintain its reputation as one of the most efficient and technologically sophisticated fulfilment houses in the industry, and are currently developing customised solutions to accommodate the recent postcode changes.
Ms Ross concludes, “Both Richard Tabram and Richard Pope have the experience and skill to add significant strategic value to the company as we continue to forge a path as the leading experts in direct marketing fulfilment.”
