New Harcourts Trainer Brings Industry Experience

New Harcourts Academy Trainer Brings Huge Industry Experience to Role

Angela Temata has been appointed full time trainer in the Northern Region (including Auckland) for Harcourts’ unique training division, The Harcourts Academy.

Ms Temata has a 15-year background in advertising sales, management, marketing and research, staff training and development. She has been a member of Harcourts since February1995 enjoying a successful career and consistently featuring in Harcourts’ Top 100 National Sales Consultants’ list from her Hamilton base.

Most recently the Manager of Harcourts’ Cambridge office, Ms Temata said the experience had been hugely beneficial to build a stronger appreciation of the day to day challenges of a successful office, which she believed would be of great value in her corporate role. “It was tremendous to work with such a great team and see how a well set-up office with dynamic Business Owners really benefits from all the tools and systems Harcourts provides which absolutely give us the edge in the marketplace.”

While Harcourts is the largest real estate group in New Zealand with just on 180 offices, the Auckland market is being targeted as a key part of its growth strategy. As well as managing the suite of training units, Ms Temata will assist with the recruitment drive programme. Having worked in major city and provincial/rural markets, Ms Temata’s broad experience will provide great value within a region that covers Auckland city offices to smaller rural community offices in the far North.
