The largest subdivision development to date in attractive Te Kauwhata, in the heart of rural North Waikato is being launched this weekend with the first on-site inspections being invited.

Sovereign Park residential subdivision includes 63 sections in Stage 1 to be established over the coming years. Mr Hickford added that while the small village of Te Kauwhata had a population of just over 1,000, it was within 12kms of Huntly and also sited conveniently between Auckland and Hamilton.
