Bayleys Real Estate Appointed to Market ‘One of the Most Desirable Retreats in Australasia’
Leading Sydney residential developer brings in top agency to market exclusive beach side village
Bayleys Real Estate has been appointed to market the Whisper Cove beachside retreat north of Auckland. The sales campaign will break this weekend with the launch of an interactive website and advertising campaign.
The appointment is the latest by Lance Hodgkinson, the new owner of the Whisper Cove development as part of his drive to make it: ‘One of the most desirable waterfront retreats in Australasia.’
Bayleys’ sales team will be led by Fran Hudson-Carter who is one of the company’s most experienced premium project marketers with a significant international clientele.
A luxurious show home fitted out by top interior designer Ray Lind of Martin Hughes Design opens at Whisper Cove on Saturday (20th January).
Lance Hodgkinson commented: `Bayleys is working closely with BKA Advertising, the architects at Swan Railley, our interior designers and landscape artists to promote this outstanding location. We have done our utmost to create one of the most prestigious beachfront enclaves in Australasia and wanted the most experienced sales force to bring it to market.’
John Bayley, Bayleys Executive Chairman added: ‘I am very impressed by the development. It is a very good design, superbly executed and you have to give the developer credit for pulling out all the stops.’
The agreement with Bayleys follows the signing up of one of Auckland’s leading interior designers and a top Australian landscape designer to add the ultimate in luxury finishes and sophistication to Whisper Cove.
Rick Eckersley, one of Australia’s most famous garden and landscape designers and Ray Lind, Senior Designer at top Auckland consultancy Martin Hughes Architecture Interiors have been commissioned by Lance Hodgkinson with a no-holds brief to make the most of the stunning location and reflect the beauty of the native character which New Zealand is so rightly famous for.
