The Most Exclusive Valentine’s Experience

If chocolates, perfume and flowers are getting tired, this Valentine’s Day the Langham is offering an exclusive experience for one couple only.

The experience for two includes exclusive use of Partingtons private dining room with your own private waiter and a six-course Valentine’s degustation menu with matching Champagnes, a night’s luxurious accommodation in the prestigious Park Suite, a bottle of Pol Roger Champagne, a traditional Langham breakfast in bed the following morning, butler service, a late check-out to 1pm, return limousine transfers within a 30km radius of the hotel (or complimentary valet parking) plus matching dressing gowns embroidered with your names.

This is an exclusive experience available for one couple only on 14 February 2007 and costs $1500.

New Zealand’s current Restaurant of the Year (2006 NZ Culinary Fare), Partingtons at the Langham, will celebrate Valentine’s Day with a special six-course set menu which includes an entree of tempura scampi and chicken brochettes on seared Nelson scallops with a light sweet and sour vegetable salad. For the main guests will enjoy walnut crusted Hawkes Bay veal on citrus risotto with pancetta and morel sauce and for dessert Valentines will be served Canaan cheese soufflé with home-made strawberry and rhubarb ice cream.

The Valentine’s Day six-course menu is $85 per person and matching Champagnes are an additional $60 per person. Seating is from 6.00 pm and bookings are essential.

SBF Brasserie
SBF Brasserie will feature a sumptuous buffet dinner with over 30 options followed by a special chocolate themed decadent Valentine’s dessert buffet with a flowing chocolate fountain.

On arrival each guest will be treated to a complimentary glass of bubbly as well as a hand-crafted chocolate delicacy to take away. Â SBF’s buffet dinner and dessert is $69 per person, seating is from 6.00pm and reservations are essential.

The Winery
Elegant lobby bar, The Winery will be serving all guests complimentary tastings of oysters along with chocolate-dipped strawberries from 5.00pm – 8.00pm. Â Also available on Valentine’s Day only will be the Ruby Rhapsody, a Champagne cocktail with raspberry vodka, raspberry liqueur and vodka marinated raspberries available at $22 each. Â
