Pacific appoints Communications Executive
31 January 2007: Pacific Magazines announces the appointment of Teresa Twyford as Communications Executive across all titles.
In this newly created role, Twyford will drive communication strategies to support the efforts of the Advertising Sales, Marketing and Editorial departments of Pacific Magazines. Responsible for assistance in the implementation of trade and consumer marketing plans across all titles, this role will actively contribute to the achievement of Pacific Magazines' circulation, advertising sales and profit goals.
Additionally Twyford will assist with the planning, organisation, implementation and promotion of corporate and individual brand messages to trade and consumer media.
Twyford comes to Pacific Magazines as a Bachelor of Communications graduate from the Auckland University of Technology. Her communications and media experience include work for online magazine nzgirl, Tourism New Zealand, Get Organised Auckland and Women in Film and Television.
Commenting on the appointment, Business Communications Director Pacific Magazines New Zealand, Colette Gallagher says: "There is great activity amongst the individual brands here at Pacific. The appointment of Tee into this communications role enables us to create a systematic approach to both our trade and consumer communication.
