New Board appointments for the Marketing Association.

At the 32nd Annual General Election of the Marketing Association of New Zealand (previously known as The Direct Marketing Association) today the new Board was appointed, entrusted to take over the reins of the Association. The previous Boards, along with Marketing Association CEO Keith Norris, have guided the Association during it’s evolution to represent the interests of the wider marketing community within New Zealand. This has been achieved while maintaining it’s relevance within its core audience of marketing practitioners.

The new Board Chair is Simone Iles, General Manager of the Briscoe’s Group, who has served previously as Deputy Chair.

Other board members are Debra Hall, Director of Research Solutions, Toby Hilless, Chief Manager Retail Marketing at ASB Bank Limited, Todd Hunter, General Manager – Marketing of Turners Auctions, Ant Rainger, Managing Director of Connect Communications, Zac Pullen, Strategic Partnerships Manager of Touchpoint, Michele Teague, General Manager – Marketing of Restaurant Brands NZ Limited and Keith Norris, CEO of the Marketing Association.

Keith Norris, CEO of the Marketing Association commented that “I am delighted to have the pleasure of working with a team who have such a wealth of experience and knowledge in our industry and look forward to another year of outstanding contribution in the areas of self-regulation, lobbying, education and networking. In the New Zealand marketplace”.
