New Point Chevalier branch for Barfoot & Thompson

Auckland's leading real estate company, Barfoot & Thompson, has expanded its network even further to include a Point Chevalier branch.

The new branch, which opened its doors for business on 16 April, is located at 1186 Great North Road.

Director Peter Thompson says Barfoot & Thompson recognised Point Chevalier as a strong growth area and wanted to have a local presence to help both vendors and buyers interested in this highly active area of the Auckland property market.

The new branch is managed by real estate professional Pauline Goldfinch who has a decade of experience with Barfoot & Thompson.

"Real estate is in my blood. Both my parents worked for Barfoot & Thompson and I've worked in the company's Panmure, Mission Bay and Remuera branches before taking on this management role."

"The clear goal is to provide great service to local residents and establish a good track record of repeat business. Our team has extensive local knowledge and we are looking forward to sharing that with our clients."

The new branch will build to offer the services of about 20 salespeople and will aim to establish a property management division in the near future.
